The Fiends
My copies from Lulu are pretty decent for the price. They’re full color, yet reasonably affordable, and the paper in them is easy to write on. (I mark up my modules as I use them). The downside is that Lulu just can’t really get the quality consistent. Some images are a little washed out, some are too dark.
The map of the Gristle Moor in the Minauros supplement is particularly annoying.
That’s why I’m reposting this link to the maps. So you can use them with your VTT or print them out from your own printer.
This zip file contains not just all the maps for the three hells, but all maps for ALL the supplements I’ve ever released.
I’ve been continuing my efforts with Into the Pit: VII Maladomini. It’s going well but still a long way out. A curious mix of blackness and fire and industry surrounding Baalzebul’s garden at Malagard. Bug Hell. That’s what I call it. Baalzebul is so opaque, so alien, that most of the arch-devils wonder whether he is insane, Asmodeus (and Baftis!) included. Here you get a peek at how I’m envisioning each of the primary rulers. I’m adhering to the descriptions in the core AD&D books but tempering them, hammering them gently into more understandable, fleshed out personalities.
I think Malbolge is definitely going to be the last book I tackle. Not that I will put less effort into it, but Moloch is trash. The worst of the arch-devils. Being categorically subordinate to another arch-devil? Overseeing another arch-devil’s B-realm on his behalf? And not just any arch-devil, but the unfathomable and shunned Baalzebul? Joke. Despite his power, Moloch is the joke of arch-devils. He can terrify mortals, but in Hell he’s at the very bottom of the pecking order. It’s for this reason that I want to get all the main devils out of the way first. AND, save room in that final book to revisit Tiamat…who certainly understands Moloch’s position and might just have a very secret alliance with him.
I’ve added a Discord to gap fill for the lost Forum. It’s been enjoyable to chat w/ y’all. Hope to meet more of you there.
peace,
